Access Terms
Version 2026-10-22. You must accept these terms before you pay for a document.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
“Ace Pactum”, “we” and “us” mean Ace Pactum, 150 Manibhai Park Society, Panjrapol Same, Ajwa Crossing, Sayajipura, Ajwaroad, Vadodara 390019, Gujarat, India. These terms govern your purchase of, and download access to, document templates (each a “Document”) on this website. “You” means the person who creates the account and pays. We are not a law firm and a Document is not legal advice.
2. Your account
You must sign in with an email address you control before you can buy or download a Document. Your account is personal to you: do not share the sign-in code or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity under it. Signing in does not by itself unlock any Document.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on each Document page before you pay, in Indian rupees. Prices are final: no GST or other tax is added, as we are not registered for GST. Payment is processed by our payment processor; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Access starts only after the payment is confirmed. A page showing that you attempted to pay does not unlock a Document; our server unlocks it only when it receives the payment provider’s signed confirmation.
4. Seven-day download access
- What you get. After your payment is confirmed you can download the Document, in each format we offer for it, as often as you wish during the access period.
- How long. The access period is 7 days, which is exactly 168 hours, counted from the time your payment is confirmed. It is not counted from your first download, and not from the day you sign in.
- What happens at the end. When the 168 hours have passed, our server stops issuing downloads for that purchase automatically. A download link issued shortly before the end stops working no later than the end of the period.
- Buying again. You may buy the Document again at the then-current price to start a new 7-day access period.
- Your account page. “My documents” shows, for each purchase, the Document, the payment date, the date and time access ends, the formats available and the time remaining. Times are shown in Indian Standard Time.
5. Download availability is not the same as your licence to use a Document
These terms deal separately with two different things.
- Download availability is how long this website will issue download links for your purchase: 7 days from confirmed payment. It affects only our download service.
- Your licence to use a downloaded copy (section 6) is a separate right. The end of the download period does not delete, disable or recall any copy you saved to your own device, and it does not by itself end your licence to use that copy.
After the download period ends you cannot download the Document again from this website unless you buy it again. If you lose your saved copy, that is a loss we cannot cure without a new purchase We do not provide replacement copies.
6. Licence to use a downloaded Document
Subject to these terms and to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use each copy you download, as a starting point for your own agreements and documents: to complete the fill-in fields, edit it, and sign and use the resulting document for your own own personal or internal business purposes only, and not for resale or for use by or for other people. The licence does not expire when the download period ends.
You must not, without our written permission:
- resell, sub-license, publish, or distribute the Document or its text, in original or lightly edited form, as a template or in a library or product;
- share your account or download links so that others can obtain copies without buying;
- remove or alter notices that identify the Document’s source or version; or
- use scripts or automated tools to copy the preview or to bulk-download Documents.
We keep all rights in the Documents and in this website other than the licence in this section.
7. The preview
Each Document page shows only the first two pages of the Document, as images. The remaining pages are not sent to your browser until you have an account, have accepted these terms and your payment is confirmed. The preview is shown so you can judge fit; it is not a licence to use the Document.
8. Not legal advice; your responsibility
A Document is a general starting draft. It is not drafted for your facts, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate. Laws, stamp duty and execution formalities vary by place and change over time. You are responsible for checking that a Document is suitable and lawful for your use, filling it in correctly, and having it reviewed before you sign. Sample wording in any preview or description is illustrative.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Our refund and cancellation rules are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded by contract.
10. Availability and changes
We try to keep the download service available throughout your access period. If we cause a Document to be unavailable for download during the period, we will extend your download period by the length of the unavailability, or refund you if you prefer. We may update a Document, withdraw it from sale, or change prices for future purchases; a change does not reduce access you have already paid for. We may update these terms; a purchase is governed by the version you accepted, shown on your order.
11. Your data
We record your email address, the Document you bought, the amount, the payment confirmation time, the access end time, and the version of these terms you accepted. See the Privacy Notice for how this is used and how to ask for deletion. We keep purchase records for as long as the law or a dispute requires. Purchase and payment records are kept for up to eight years after the purchase, to meet tax, accounting and dispute-limitation requirements. Your sign-in email and account details are deleted on a verified request, except for records we must keep for that period.
12. Liability
Each Document is a draft template, not legal advice. You are solely responsible for how you complete, sign and use it, and must have it reviewed by your own lawyer first. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a Document, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and we ask that you first write to us at support@acepactum.com so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, you keep any statutory right to bring a complaint in the forum the law gives you.
