Cancellation and Refund Policy

Ace Pactum sells digital document templates. A template is made available to download as soon as your payment is confirmed, so the rules below differ from those for physical goods.

Digital delivery only; no shipping or returns

All products sold on this website are digital goods supplied in electronic form. No physical goods are shipped, and no delivery charges apply. Delivery is complete when your payment is confirmed and the Document is made available for download in your account.

Because a digital Document cannot be returned once it has been supplied, no returns are accepted. Your remedies are limited to those set out in this policy and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order only before you pay. Once payment is confirmed the template is unlocked for 7 days and the order cannot be cancelled. We do not run subscriptions or auto-renewals; each purchase is a one-time payment.

When we refund

• Failed or duplicate payment. If money was debited but access was not unlocked, or you were charged twice for the same template, we refund the full amount.
• File problem. If a file cannot be opened or is not the template you bought, we first send a corrected file. If we cannot, we refund the full amount.
• Unable to deliver. If we withdraw a template or cannot provide access during your 7-day period, we refund you or extend the period, as you choose.

When we do not refund

Because the file is delivered instantly, we do not refund a purchase after you have downloaded the template, or because you changed your mind or chose the wrong version. Pages 1 and 2 of every template are free to preview before you buy.

How to ask

Write to contact@acepactum.com within 7 days of payment with your sign-in email, the template name and the payment ID. We reply within two business days.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. They usually reach you in 5 to 7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
